Below is a list of my favourite Thermomix Recipes! Curated by me and tried, tested and loved by my family. I'll skip the life story and just share the links below, but I hope this inspires you to get cooking.
1. Breakfast
SkinnyMixer's Sheet Pancake - Perfect for the busy mum, the spring brunch or park picnic. This recipe can feed a crowd with minimal effort. Plus its customisable to your families likings!
B&E Breakfast Muffins - Okay you got me, I'm a huge Skinnymixer fan. But seriously, these make a delicious on the go meal or morning tea.
High Protein, High Fibre Banana Pancakes - Always my number #2 most made meal on my Cookidoo yearly wrap (second only to boiled rice, IYKYK), these pancakes are deliciously soft, filling and packed with nutrients. Recipe says feeds four but if I'm honest, between my 14m, my husband and myself there is rarely a crumb in site!
Fluffy Apple Pikelets - Another family fave, these are a less nutritious but equally as delicious breakfast option!
The Best Bagels - pair these with peppered salmon, cream cheese and bruschetta and you might never go back
Grain Free Granola - One for the GF girlies. Naturally sweetened and definitely not limited to just a breakfast garnish!
2. Lunch or Dinner
Chicken Kievs - Another one for the GF tribe. These are soooo much better than store bought and super easy! Serve with mash and veg or salad and chips in summer.
LaLa's Creamy Lemon Chicken - a cult favourite. Double the wet mic and bake with a cup of risoni on the bottom of a baking tray and add in some chunks of zucchini and broccoli for a 10/10 dinner.
Pumpkin Risotto - Perfect for a busy weekday meal. Chuck in some spinach at the end for an extra veggie hit.
Chicken Lasagne - If I had a dollar for everytime my husband had asked for this for dinner, I probably wouldn't need to write this blog post. 10/10, great for the whole family. Packed with veg!
Turmeric Chicken - A winter warmer that is packed with micronutrients.
Chiang Mai Noodles - Fast and delicious. You can add asian greens, beans or baby corn for a fibre hit!
Steamed Pork Buns - Looking to impress some guests? This is the recipe for you! A little fiddly but my lord are they worth the work!
Meatball Salad - Salad in winter? No worries, just at some hearty roast veg!
3. The extra stuff (mostly soul food)
Sweet Potato Cake - My sis swears by this one! Perfectly moist and great for morning tea.
High Fibre Brownies - On. Repeat.
Whole Orange Cake - Five ingredients and minimal prep!
Carrot Cake - If it has cream cheese frosting, it's a yes from me!
Date Snickers - A chocy treat that packed with fibre and micronutrients, yes please!
